     Compliance is typically done by a letter stating that the dentist 
     provided the training through OJT. You can guess as to the extent and 
     effectiveness of this training.  ;-)

If the State of New Mexico requires continuing training and the dentists 
are not willing to pay, how do they comply with the requirement?  Al
