Hoy! Hoy!

"WHAT'S AN EXAMPLE OF A RADIONUCLIDE WITH A LOWER RELEASE LIMIT?
Iodine-125. Release based on 30 mCi (1110 MBq) would be a violation.
     Release based on 5 mrem/hr (0.05 mSv/hr) would also be a violation."

If this is true, then do prostate implants go out the window??? A typical
prostate implant patient gets about 40 mCi of I-125. Typical dose rates at 30
cm from the abdomen less than 0.5 mR/hr (0.005 mSv/hr).

"My company is developing SAFE RELEASE SOFTWARE"

And, what about the list's NO ADVERTISEMENTS policy???
