Hi y'all, I been reading the topic and have decided to put something in the discussion. The Regulator makes the regs and requirements. I don't know about all regulators. But I had a some experience with an agreement State. How can regulator put higher education requirements on licenses if regulator its self has not lot of that.:-) Just thoughts and all mine.
