"German BauBiologie" and EM Fields

We have a German immigrant in New Zealand who appears to have had a
background in this type of activity.  He has started a "Building Biology and
Ecology Institute" and offers measurements of "electromagnetic pollution" in
environmental audits of buildings.  He is recorded as saying
"Electromagnetic pollution in homes and workplaces is a cause of the
increase in cancer and allergies", and is a "bio harmonic advocate".

The evaluations seem to involve quite a lot of pseudo-science, with no
recognition of national and international advice and guidelines, such as
those of ICNIRP.
