Info on Nuclear Associates TLD reader - contact?

I have been asked for information regarding a way to contact Nuclear 
Associates. I believe that they are no longer in business. This party 
is interested in obtaining information on the Nuclear Associates TLD 
Reader Model 660. Does anyone have a contact name that I can pass on?
