releases from nuclear power plants depend on 
    1. whether the facility had "leaky" fuel and fission products were
prevalent throughout the systems like Cs 137
    2. most likely the activation products would prevail. radionuclides like
Co 60.

good references prevail "radioactive waste technology" by moghissi et al from
asme is a text i have been using.

the source term would be through the systems even the laundry.
