RADSAFE change

If all went well, this message should have come to you through
RADSAFE's new server.  I would again like to thank the National Waste
Brokers and Processors Association and Dan Caulk for the funds used to
purchase the new computer.

There should be no change in how one posts messages or sends commands
to the listserver, i.e., the posting address is still
romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu and the address to which to send listserver
commands is still listserv@romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu.

Although the old listserver commands to listserv@romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu
(SUBSCRIBE, UNSUBSCRIBE, etc.) will still work, there is an alternate,
web-based way to access these functions at 

http://romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu/cgi-bin/lwgate/RADSAFE/

Additionally, the gopher-based RADSAFE archives have been replaced with
a web-based interface at

http://romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu/cgi-bin/lwgate/RADSAFE/archives/

I should point out that there's a good chance that a few messages were
lost in the changeover.

Please let me know if you run into problems (m-woo@uiuc.edu), and thank
you for your patience during the changeover period!
