As an Emergency Preparedness Inspector, I was involved in many drills and
exercises.  I would not have approved of a scenario that contained information on
doses at lethal levels 10 miles from the plant.   This type of information defies reason
and would not be followed by the licensee or the NRC.  Such false information would
cause confusion and result in to many people heading down the wrong path.

Again these are my thoughts and not the views of my agency.  KMP @NRC.GOV
