RE: MARSSIM -Reply

While the final MARSSIM is available per Mark's note below, the actual
Federal Register Notice (FRN) will be timed to coincide with the
availability of the MARSSIM hard copies.  I understand that it will take a
few weeks - so look for an early February FRN of MARSSIM's
availability.

MARSSIM can be found at the following site:

I believe this is the final.  However, I have not
been able to confirm it's publication in the
federal register.
