I have attended the course presented by Applied Radwaste Management twice.  It
is an excellent course, which is also attended by RSO's from our other
facilities.  Charles Smith presents an informative and attentive course.  Mr.
Smith has always been available for questions, even after returning from a
course.  If you want to learn, this is the course.
