Zbigniew Jaworowski refers to "Ramsar" (Ramasari?) in his article "Beneficial Radiation" in Nucleonika 40, No. 1, 1995. He cites an average individual lifetime dose "17,000 mSv" for residents of a house in the city of "Ramsar." He also goes on to state that some of those residents live in excess of 110 years.
