Correction: Keenan Wynn was Bat Guano. He was the guard who wouldn't
let Peter Sellers (who played three parts) into the communications
room to call the bomber back.
Sellers played the British exchange officer described above, the
President, and a presidential advisor on nuclear weapons. George C.
Scott was also in it.
