Waste Disposal Records, indefinitely 
Worker Health Record 50 years
Radiaton Dose Record 50 years
Reports of abnormal ocurrences (result or could result) in abormal radiation
50 years
Sources Records 2 years
Instrument Record 2 years
Survey Records 2 years
