RE: Secretary of Energy, Bill Richardson



I just listened to the internal broadcast of his initial address to DOE,
and it was interesting what he didn't say.

His speech addressed lessened dependence on foreign petroleum,
greenhouse gas reduction, and alternative methods of energy production
such as wind and solar, but he managed to omit mention of nuclear. Would
have fit right into the context. }:-)
