Protests Planned At Vermont Yankee

Protests Planned At Vermont Yankee - (BRATTLEBORO) -- Anti-
nuclear groups have stepped up their call for closing
the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant in Vernon. Members of the 
Citizens Awareness Network are holding an action camp in
Dummerston today in preparation for a demonstration at the plant 
on Thursday. At a weekend rally in Brattleboro... a CAN
spokeswoman said the goal of the group is to close all nuclear 
power plants in New England.
