Tritium Dial "White-facing"

I represent a museum curator who is in the possession of historical
equipment scheduled for future exhibit.  The curator desires that the
exhibit be as accurate and faithful to the original equipment as possible.

This equipment employed a detachable dial face using unencapsulated tritium
paint for illumination in darkness.

I am seeking the names of commercial organizations that are licensed to
remove the tritium paint (white-face) and decontaminate the surface of this
dial so that it may be used in the display of the original equipment.
