Blood-borne pathogen training for HP staff

At the DOE Hanford Site, the radcon techs do get bloodborne pathogen training.
In addition, selected HPs who may provide direct support to medical-radiological
events (e.g., contaminated wounds) also receive the bloodborne pathogen
training.  The basic philosophy is that if your response role might bring you
into the proximity of blood, tissues, etc, you should have the training.
