US PWR Radwaste

I am conducting an industry wide survey of US PWR Radwaste systems.

Which PWRs have charcoal bed absorbers in the gaseous waste system?
Which PWRs have ion exchangers in the liquid waste system?  And, are these 
augmented by selective ion exchangers and/or charcoal beds?
Who are the contacts at the PWRs for follow up questions (phone number and/or 
email address appreciated)?
