Siemens EPD Service

Can anyone give me a contact, perferably a internet address,
for someone that can help me with a service problem with my
EPD.  I just replaced the battery and am getting a error
code that I can't clear.  I have searched the web for a
contact but have not come up with anything but a telephone
number.
