Red Meat Irradiation

     So now that we've convinced ourselves of the value of red meat 
     irradiation (singing to the choir), who's going to write the 
     letter to the NY Times editor and provide the perspective of good 
     science and public policy?  The local Greater New York Chapter of 
     HPS?  The National HPS?  Need a prompt response if you want to 
     get it published.
