RE: Staff Justification Help Needed

I would suggest reading "Determining Staffing Requirements for
medical-Academic Radiation Protection Programs" by Allen Brodsky (RSO,
July/August 1997).  He makes recommendations based on NRC guidance and other
factors.

You don't want to know how many staff we have because it won't help your
cause at all.
