Everyone using the above scenario, please be aware that 173.427 (a)
"everything else in this subchapter applies"; such as marking (172.3XX),
labeling (172.4XX), placarding for a Yellow III label. For the modified DOT 7A
Type A package described in 173.427 b2 or some IP's described in 173.427(b1).
