HP Journal Article Re: Cutting Pu-239 Contaminated Steel

Does anyone recall an article in the Health Physics Journal that dealt with
cutting Pu-239 contaminated steel with oxygen, acetylene and with high
speed cut-off saws?  It was a very comprehensive paper that went into great
detail about the change of form and particle size as the PU-239 was
volatilized and returned to solid.
