Hi Diane:

Your right!  Processing is a major consideration.  We would make sure a 
S.T.E.P test (Standard Test for the Evaluation of Processing) was run on each 
processor 
prior to trying to normalize the unit.  There are other important factor too 
that need to be contolled --  too many to discuss here.   I'll contact you on
