Re: therapeutic I-131 dose given to wrong patient



I was not pointing a finger outward or anywhere else, and am disappointed in
your response.  I would not take any comfort in not seeing a "super abundance
of these kinds of reports," and would be trying to gather some lessons
learned from every event.  It seems pointless to calculate treatment planning
and shielding to a gnat's eyelash while maintaining that guarding against
misadministrations isn't of any concern.
