Big databases

My sincere thanks to all of you who have replied to my question.

Suggestions included FoxPro, Oracle, SQL systems, SYBASE, DB2, more RAM on
the computer in question, and talking to a database analyist. A very good
point was made that some or all of the problem might be due to Windows
clipboard, which was never origionally intended to handle large database
data transfers.

Thanks again, RADSAFERS!
