Date:  October 19, 1999 
The cost for the workshop includes dinner $50 per person 
1pm - 5 pm:  Workshop on Risk Speaker:  Charles Meinhold 
Location:  Hyatt Westlake, 880 South Westlake Boulevard, Westlake 
Village, CA  91361 (805)497-9991.  The Hyatt Westlake is located off 
the 101 Freeway, just east of Thousand Oaks.  If travelling 
north/west on the 101 (towards Ventura) exit at Westlake Boulevard 
and make a left; the Hotel will be on your left, just after you cross 
the 101.  If travelling south/east (towards LA) on the 101, exit at 
Westlake Boulevard; the Hyatt Westlake will be straight ahead from 
the exit ramp. 
5pm - 6pm:  Social Hour 6pm: Dinner Selections:  Filet Mignon, 
Grilled Breast of Chicken, Vegetable Wellington.
