Re: Government won't build
Can anyone answer the following:
1) Who regulates medical (hospital or otherwise) incinerators?
2) How are they regulated, if at all?
3) I stack monitoring always required?
4) If yes, what is analysis is required?
My direction is toward the generation of dioxins. Hospital are often in
the heart of populated areas. Mercury is often a contaminant. I'm not
opposed to their necessary use or location. I am concerned about double
standards, even in the name of medicine.
