Re: NRC website restored (somewhat)



The eagle must shed a tear for some of the useless hoops we are jumping through

as we carry on with our normal lives to show the terrorists that they cannot

really hurt us (!!??). The sound of barn doors is deafening long after the

galloping horses have disappeared over the horizon. In this instance, the

precise lat/long of any plant in the US can be measured quite accurately (what

error percentage would you like?) on sectional aeronautical charts, or USGS topo

maps at scales (detail) as large as 1/25,000, as well as from other sources.



Methinks Paul Revere's horse is getting very tired. Some alarms are valid, but

many are silly.
