Re: Animal radon studies
Gary,
I remember reading a test refered to as the "smoking beagles" in the HPS
Journal. They found that radon has less affect on the beagles that were
exposed to cigarette smoke because the mucus produced as a result of the
irritant smoke shielded the lungs form the radon radiation. I will try and
find the story today.
