[Fwd: CURE for Rad Fear]

This should be of special interest to you.

Note that there should be a "?" ending "Is Radiation an Essential Trace

Element" and "Al Queda" spelled with an "a" instead of a "u". HL

CURE for RAD FEAR

Dear Editor,

Jan 15, at Livermore City Hall, the Environmental Health Investigations

Branch of the California Department of Health Services presented its

"Proposed Process to Address the Historic Distribution of Sewage Sludge

Containing Plutonium Released from [LLNL]." The radiation from

plutonium, (<300 pCi/gm briefly in 1964 and 1968) was in sewage sludge

used as garden fertilizer. That is much less than the background

radiation increase with a few feet higher elevation.

Citizens, Utilize our Radioactive Environment! CURE cancer,

inflammations and, perhaps, heart disease (with C reactive protein

reduction).

"Is Radiation an Essential Trace Energy", at

http://www.aps.org/units/fps/oct01/a5oct01.html, proposes to double

deficient radiation, to mountain state levels, for better longevity and

cancer resistance in volunteers.

I will pay the difference between price and cost ($10 post paid), for

any Livermore-Pleasanton addressee wanting a CD rom of dozens of

detailed presentations to Doctors for Disaster Preparedness, like

Biologic and Epidemiologic Foundations of Radiation Hormesis. Contact

My alpha-gamma-x counter measured just 0.0002 mrad/minute in the

Livermore Council Chambers. I ask local health physicists to volunteer

through Livermore Dept. Public Works, to similarly scan the yards of

mothers worried that their children might get cancer from eating

plutonium in yard dirt or in home grown tomatoes. I will loan my

instrument. If that does not relieve fears, months of glass etch

counting would detect plutonium or radon alpha radiation and could be

arranged inexpensively.

Then scarce CA state resources could be used for real risk, high level

radiation, like from an Al Queda atom bomb in a ship container.
