Another cause could be purely "mass hysteria", whereby NASA puts out
a warning for people to not touch the debris, and then those who had,
soon feel ill. This is common in many areas whereby hospitals have
been inundated where there was no real illness.
Again this is just one hypothesis. To date, there has been no
information on anyone who has claimed to be feeling ill. That
information can't be kept quiet for long, if there is in fact any
real injuries.
