Nor should we claim that there are specific, quantifiable deaths associated 

with any level of radiation exposure, which is what is being claimed before 

dozens of legislative bodies in this nation.



If we don't know, then I think it's best to just say "we don't know," and 

while we can assume some harmful effects for our regulators' convenience, that 

may be just as risky in the long run as assuming there are no benefits, because 

we don't know.
