NORM shipments was Apparent Illegal Shipment



The Canadian NORM Guidelines do not distinguish between NORM and TENORM on

the basis that if the source is "unregulated" it doesnt matter much where it

came from, the important thing is protection of workers/public now it is

here.

These types of issues are getting the attention of the IAEA who is starting

to do work in the area of NORM although they do not differentiate between

NORM and TENORM.
