Handbook of HP and Rad Health 3rd Ed

Group,

I have received an answer to my inquiry and there apparently is not an

errata sheet for the third edition.

The equation I had concerns over on the top of page 3-11 had the corrections

I thought needed written in on my copy of the second edition. I did not

have an errata sheet that listed the corrections but did have a one page

errata sheet. I can only suppose there were two separate sheets generated

and I made the corrections on one and tossed it. I would not have made pen

and ink corrections without being SURE of the corrections.

I don't understand why the error was continued from the second to the third

edition.
