the Toronto cooling project

In addition to the enormous capital cost for this cooling project, has

anyone evaluated the cost increase for domestic and industrial hot water

heaters and boilers that the now cooler tap water will require to bring it

up to the previous tap temp (before heating to tank temp) ? This would be a

thermal cost spread to all users of (now cooler) water in the district.
