The only reason you may want a survey is to verify that the devices are too
low to worry about.  But if you survey too close to the antennas the meter
will give an uncalibrated very high reading tha t will scare people who   think
 the meter is reading accurately.The best bet is to quote the IEEE standard
stating that  due to the output power being so and so this device is exempt
from exposure controls (except for contact with the radiation structure)
