	You are asking for the soil to plant concentration factor. There 
is a huge literature on this, with some reviewed in my paper in Health 
Physics 49:239-245; 1985. It gives the ratio of mg/Kg in plants to mg/Kg 
in soil as: U-.0017, Th-.000036, Ra-.00065.
