Rumor regarding TLDs (and Film)
I received the following letter from one of our Sales
Representatives. It has to do with false statements being told to
dosimetry clients throughout the country by one or more
commercial processors.
"Today on a sales call I was told that XXXXXXX, is telling customers
that there is a shortage of TLDs in the market. XXX said that this
would mean increased pricing to anyone who is using them."
Let me assure anyone who is currently a TLD wearer, or a film
wearer (remember the false statements made a short while ago
that film would be no longer manufactured, is absolutely, false and
ludicrous. It is an attempt to sway a market towards a different
product. If that is the tactic an individual or organization sanctions
to be the way to "scare" potential clients into buying their product
... well, it says a lot about their own integrity and ethics.
TLDs and FILM are here to stay!
