ICRP Cliff Notes

There are several of us in the process of trying to get ready for the
next HPS certification test.  We've come to the conclusion that reading
the ICRPs is a bit tedious ( Actually, it makes my head hurt ! ).  One
of my fellow workers was wondering if anyone out there knows of "Cliff
Notes" for the ICRPs ?
