R: Environmental dose levels in Italy



Hi Bob,

from my files the naturale external doses yearly adsorbed by peolple are:

Florence  0.77
L'Aquila  0.82
Naples    2.13 (there is the Vesuvio)
Perugia   0.90
Potenza   1.31
Roma      1.58

It depends on presence of vulcanic activities on these areas (obviously
higher in Naples area and northern Sicily)
