THE PEOPLE SCANNED MAY HAVE HAD SOME REASON TO WORRY, SUCH AS A FAMILY
HISTORY OF CANCER. HENCE, THE RESULTS ARE BIASED IN THE DIRECTION OF
INCREASED CANCER EVEN IF NO RADIATION WAS INVOLVED'.
